Practice without building a voice archive.
This notice covers the invitation-only Yours, Out Loud live interview-practice beta. It explains what is processed when you sign in and start a five-minute voice session.
What you provide
- Your invitation email when you authenticate through Cloudflare Access.
- The target role and optional practice focus you type before a session.
- Your explicit English or Spanish coaching-language selection. We do not infer it from your accent or identity.
- Microphone audio and the words you choose to say during practice.
Do not provide passwords, authentication codes, financial or medical information, government identifiers, employer secrets, unredacted résumés, or identifying documents.
How the voice session works
After you consent, your browser connects directly to ElevenLabs for live speech recognition, voice generation, and the selected language-model response. Cloudflare verifies your invitation and issues a short-lived session credential; the long-lived provider key never enters your browser.
The current ElevenLabs agent uses Gemini 2.5 Flash as the selected language model. ElevenLabs states that its agreements prohibit third-party model providers from training on customer content.
What is stored
ElevenLabs Zero Retention Mode is enabled for this agent. ElevenLabs states that agent input and output are processed in volatile memory, are not sent to a long-term database, and that call recordings, transcripts, and call metadata containing personal information are not stored after the call.
Yours, Out Loud does not keep call audio or transcripts. The configured post-call endpoint discards any provider delivery without storing its body. We keep only an opaque, hashed Access subject key, a lifetime credential-attempt count, and a short active-session lease with its reservation identifier. The current consent and privacy versions are validated on each request but are not stored in that record. A signed-in tester can delete the record immediately from the private practice room; otherwise it remains solely to enforce the technical-preview limit. A fixed end-of-beta deletion schedule will be published before invitations open.
Operational logs
Cloudflare processes network and authentication metadata to secure the service. On the configured free services, Cloudflare documents 24-hour retention for Access login logs, three-day retention for Workers logs, and up to seven days for security analytics. Application logs are designed not to contain your role, practice focus, audio, transcript, email, or provider credential.
Why we process it
We use the data only to authenticate invited testers, run the requested practice session, prevent grant abuse, troubleshoot non-content failures, and evaluate whether people will pay for the product. We do not use it to make hiring decisions, infer protected traits, score accents, or assist during a real interview.
Your choices
Microphone access begins only after you check both consent boxes and start a session. You can end the session at any time. While signed in, use Delete my beta usage data in the private practice room to remove the quota count and active-session lease tied to your Access identity. You may also withdraw from the beta or ask a privacy question by emailing support@yoursoutloud.com.
