Who is responsible

Yours, Out Loud is an early-stage product research project operated in the United States and is responsible for this application intake. The current study does not accept applications from people residing outside the United States. Contact the project at research@yoursoutloud.com.

What you provide

Your application email contains your email address, United States residency confirmation, eligibility answers, interview timing, language preference or proficiency, and consent confirmations. Reviewer applications may also contain relevant experience and a yes-or-no conflict disclosure. Scheduling details are requested only after selection. For participants who receive study access, we also create a keyed, non-readable digest of the normalized email address solely to prevent that person from being counted in the later paid validation cohort.

Do not send a résumé, employer name, nationality, immigration status, identifying document, employer secret, confidential interview material, or attachment.

Why we use it

With your application consent, we use application information only to assess study eligibility from the explicit answers you provide, contact applicants, schedule selected participants or reviewers, and document consent. We do not infer language preference, accent, nationality, immigration status, or other protected characteristics.

Where it is processed

AgentMail processes applications sent to the dedicated research@yoursoutloud.com inbox. Composio provides the connection used to list, read, and send AgentMail messages. OpenAI Codex may assist with screening the explicit answers against the published eligibility rules, drafting replies, and scheduling; it is not instructed to infer sensitive or protected traits. Cloudflare hosts these public pages, but the application button does not submit your answers to Cloudflare or request microphone access. Your own email provider processes the message according to its terms. These providers may maintain limited security or service logs under their own terms; the inbox-deletion schedule below applies to the application and correspondence stored in the dedicated AgentMail inbox.

Retention and deletion

Every thread in the dedicated study inbox—including applications from selected participants and reviewers, edited-subject messages, and separate deletion requests—is permanently deleted no later than 60 days after it begins. Applications with incomplete or declined consent are deleted after that determination without further screening. A dry-run-first retention utility searches every inbox category with a 59-day cutoff and verifies exact inbox and thread identifiers before permanent deletion.

The exclusion digest contains no readable email address, is used only to keep unpaid participants out of the later paid cohort, and is deleted when that paid validation cohort closes. It is not used for advertising or identity enrichment.

You may ask to access or correct your application, withdraw, or request earlier deletion at any time by emailing research@yoursoutloud.com. We permanently delete the application thread and any separate request thread after verifying the request. Withdrawal does not affect any processing completed before the request.

Separate voice consent

Applying does not start a voice session, issue access, or guarantee selection. Selected participants receive private access, the separate voice privacy notice, and a separate consent step before any microphone access.
